WELS maintains a variety of websites on a wide range of topics geared toward specific audiences. Each site has one goal in mind! The content is purposed to further the Kingdom and reach people with the Gospel message. What a blessing!
WELS.net is the official website for the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. WELS is a group of nearly 370,000 men, women, and children in nearly 1,300 congregations across the United States and Canada united by a common faith in Christ’s saving love.

The Special Ministries website WELS Europe is a connectivity tool for the European chaplain, Jon Hartwig to build community among the six congregations he serves across Europe.

As WELS’ official magazine, Forward in Christ is a ministry of WELS.
Site features: The magazine shares stories of faith, Q&A, WELS news, and a deeper look at what it means to be a Lutheran.
The WELS Congregational Services website provides Marriage Moments which are short, weekly videos highlighting one Biblical marriage thought accompanied by a discussion question. Couples may subscribe to receive the videos in a weekly e-mail.

WELS Evangelism offers a website entitled, What About Jesus? Learn about Jesus, the way we worship our Lord and prepare for hearing the Word of God written in the Bible.

The WELS/ELS Christian Therapist Network website provided by Special Ministries serves two purposes. First, to provide a network for professionally trained therapists in fellowship with WELS or ELS. Second, to assist individuals to find Christian therapists that deliver Christ-centered therapy.

A Special Ministries website, Freedom for the Captives seeks to empower the Christian community to respond with excellence to the sin of child abuse.

A Reason for Hope is an Internet outreach ministry featuring Pastor Donald Patterson. Its focus is on producing practical, Bible‐teaching messages—primarily in audio format and distributed through websites, social media, podcasts, and audio CDs. As a content producer, Reason for Hope partners with supporting WELS congregations to share Bible‐teaching content and to assist those churches in their local outreach efforts.
WLCFS‐Christian Family Solutions is proud to live out its mission of “healing and helping people in need through the ministry of Jesus Christ” through senior services available in Wisconsin and Christian counseling programs available nationally and internationally through WELS/ELS professional mental health providers.

Institutional Ministries is a nonprofit organization established in 1901 that ministers to people living in correctional facilities, drug and alcohol treatment centers, hospitals, mental health centers, and extended care facilities. It also offers post institutional support. Sharing hope with those who need it most!
The Lutheran Military Support Group (LMSG) is a lay‐led organization of WELS/ELS people with military experience—veterans and active duty service personnel and their families who want to assist one another and strengthen the church’s ministry to the military.
NPH publishes periodicals and books of general interest on a variety of subjects: devotions, family and personal guidance, church history, and Scripture studies such as the popular People’s Bible commentary series and the People’s Bible Teachings series on doctrine. We also provide books and materials selected from other Christian publishers.
The Wartburg Project produced an English translation of the Bible, the Evangelical Heritage Version, and other study helps to be used with that Bible. Translated faithfully from the original Greek and Hebrew, the EHV proclaims the gospel of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Find helpful Bible reading resources.
